For early arrival or late departure arrangements for the Fall Rally, please call Cathy at Cherry Hill Park directly. Cathy is handling rally logistics for the campground — the front desk will not be able to reserve sites at the rally rates for those dates.

Tuesday, 6 October — Washington, DC Reconnected: Monuments, Stories & Sacrifice
  • Welcome to Washington — Monuments & Memorials
    A guided overview of the monumental core with short, manageable walks and storytelling that connects key sites to America’s founding ideals and evolving national story. Lincoln, Jefferson, FDR, WWII, and MLK Jr. Memorials; White House & U.S. Capitol (exterior photo stops); Pennsylvania Avenue.

  • Arlington National Cemetery — Service, Sacrifice & Memory
    A solemn, unforgettable guided visit to Arlington National Cemetery, featuring the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the precision of the Changing of the Guard ceremony.

Option 1: From Page to Prayer — Scripture’s Story & A National House of Prayer

  • Museum of the Bible — The Book That Shaped the World
    A guided, museum-led experience tracing Scripture’s impact across history, culture, and the arts.

Option 2: From Founding Ideals to Natural Wonders — America’s Story & the World It Inhabits

  • Smithsonian National Museum of American History — A Nation’s Story in Treasured Objects
    A guided highlights journey through defining artifacts and turning points in U.S. history—connecting founding ideals, conflict, innovation, and civic life for meaningful America 250 reflection.

Option 3: From the Birth of Freedom to the Last Full Measure — Lincoln’s Washington

  • President Lincoln’s Cottage — Leadership in Crisis
    Step inside Lincoln’s wartime refuge, where he wrestled with the nation’s future and shaped the Emancipation Proclamation in the shadow of the Civil War.

  • Lincoln Assassination Walking Experience
    A gripping, narrative-driven walk through the final days of Lincoln’s life, ending at Ford’s Theatre and the Petersen House.
Free Time Option
White House Tour — If you plan early, you may be able to arrange a tour of the White House through your member of Congress. Requests should be submitted 3-6 months in advance. Visit whitehouse.gov/visit for details.

Available tour days during the rally: Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Transportation: Custom Tours of DC can schedule a Private VIP SUV Tour for the day to provide transportation to and from the campground.
